3. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, will be specified in your service agreement. All payments must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of your specific contract. No refunds will be issued for services already performed or materials already procured. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your agreement.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our website or engaging our services. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for your project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
